Questions before you order
How is my phone protected in transit?
You pack it yourself following our guide (a sturdy box, bubble wrap), or we send you a protective box to the Packeta point you choose. The parcel is insured and you can see the repair status at any time on your order page.
What if the repair can't be done?
We send the phone back in its original condition and you pay nothing for the repair or the return shipping — we'll let you know the reason. If you ordered a protective box, the amount paid for it is not refunded, unless the cause is on our side (e.g. a part is unavailable).
Will I lose my data?
For standard repairs (screen, battery, charging port…) we don't touch the phone's storage. We still recommend a backup before handing it in, for any repair.
When do I pay?
Nothing up front if you pack the phone yourself. A protective box for €5 is optional. You pay for the repair itself only once it's done — the price shown for your model has no hidden fees and won't change.
How long does the repair take?
The repair itself is done within 24 hours of receiving your phone. Then we send it back to the same Packeta point — return shipping is free.
What parts do you use?
For every repair we use the highest-quality parts available for your model, with a 12-month warranty on the part and the work.
