Data controller
The data controller processing your personal data is fix phone s.r.o., registered office at Železničná 199/46, 984 01 Lučenec, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 56628340, Tax ID (DIČ): 2122371251. For any privacy questions, you can reach us at info@fixhive.eu.
1. What data we process
When you order a repair: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and Packeta pickup point. If you provide it for the repair, also your phone's IMEI. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment service provider — they never reach us and we never store them.
While browsing the site, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and on-site behaviour (for example, which parts of the site people use most). These tools set cookies and only run once you've accepted them in the cookie banner — you can change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process order data so we can carry out the repair — send you a box, repair the phone, send it back, and communicate with you about the order status. The legal basis is performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with our legal obligations, such as accounting ones (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) are processed only on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — without it, they don't run.
3. Who we share data with
We share your delivery address and pickup point with Packeta, who handles shipping. Payment details are processed by our payment service provider. If you consent to analytics cookies, anonymised/aggregated traffic data is also visible to Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep data
We keep order data for the duration of the repair warranty (12 months) and afterwards for as long as required by accounting and tax regulations.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict its processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@fixhive.eu. If you feel we've mishandled your data, you can file a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) — the Slovak authority is the competent supervisory authority, since the controller is a Slovak company.
