About us
FixHive repairs mobile phones for customers in Slovakia, Czechia and Hungary, without a trip to a repair shop. The service is run by fix phone s.r.o., based at Železničná 199/46 in Lučenec, Slovakia, where our workshop is and where the repairs are done.
How we repair
We repair every phone ourselves in our own workshop. We use parts of the highest available quality and test every phone after the repair: display, touch, charging, cameras, microphone and speakers. Only then do we pack it and send it back, within 24 hours of receipt.
Why through Packeta
No need to find a repair shop or take time off. We send a protective box to the Packeta pick-up point you choose, you hand the phone in there with a code, and it comes back repaired to the same point. Shipping is free: you pay only for the box and the repair, at the price you see upfront.
