Pack the phone yourself and pay nothing up front — we email you the drop-off code right away. Or we send a protective box to your Packeta point for €5. Shipping is free.
Drop it off at Packeta
Hand the phone in at a staffed Packeta point and show or say the drop-off code. Nothing to print.
We repair it and send it back
We ship it back to the same Packeta point within 24 hours of receiving it.
