Nothing up front (or €5 if you want our box), free shipping, free diagnostics, €35 only if you decline the repair.
Payment happens in steps. We never combine the amounts into one payment.
1. You pay now

If you pack the phone yourself: we email you the drop-off code and you hand the phone in at a Packeta point. If you'd rather have our protective box, it's €5, paid now. Shipping is free — both ways.
2. Repair price
When you choose a specific repair (for example a screen replacement), the price shown for the model is fixed and won't change afterwards. You pay it once the repair is done and the phone is ready to be shipped back. This does not affect your right to withdraw from the contract (Terms of Service, section 12). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added on top.
The only exception: if, after we receive the phone, it turns out the repair genuinely can't be carried out (for example a bent frame or damaged board), we send the phone back without repairing it and without any further charge (a box fee, if you ordered the box, is not refunded unless the cause is on our side) — we'll let you know the reason.
3. Diagnostics
Not sure what's wrong? You can order Diagnostics on its own — you only pay for it if you decline the repair. We'll send you the exact repair price within 24 hours of receiving your phone.
Diagnostics and declining a repair
Diagnostics are free if you approve the repair. If you decline the repair, we charge €35 for diagnostics and shipping the phone back; if the phone can't be repaired, we don't charge this fee. Please reply to our quote within 14 days.
This only applies to a stand-alone diagnostic — a specific repair's price is fixed and won't change afterwards. The €35 fee is only charged if you decline the repair and we send the phone back unrepaired — not if the phone can't be repaired. When you order, the diagnostics fee is not paid.

Repair prices by model
Current repair prices for 403 phone models, updated 11 Oct 2026. The price is final — part and labour, no hidden fees. Nothing is paid up front if you pack the phone yourself and hand it in with a drop-off code; a protective box for €5 is optional. Shipping is free both ways. We send the repaired phone back within 24 hours of receiving it, using the highest-quality parts available, with a 12-month warranty on the part and the work.
