- If the main board is damaged, we repair it far enough for the phone to boot and unlock. The success rate is a little lower than with just a broken display, but still very high. Board repair is agreed in advance — we contact you with the price and do nothing extra without your approval.
- We copy the data to a drive or to your cloud. You pay €65 only if we manage to recover the data. If we can't, you pay nothing for the recovery or the return shipping. You hear what was saved before the phone ships back.
If you leave it
Don't keep switching on, charging or blow-drying a phone that was dropped or got wet. A damaged board corrodes, and every further attempt to power it on can destroy the data for good. Send it as soon as you can.
